Alliance for Infants and Toddlers - Early Intervention
The Alliance for Infants and Toddlers is the Early Intervention Service Coordination Agency for Allegheny County families. The Alliance provides services and supports to children ages birth to three years who have developmental delays or who are at risk for developmental delays. Services are confidential and are offered at no cost to the family.
