Grapevine Center - Certified Peer Specialist
Offers peer counseling by consumers of behavioral health services who are trained and certified to offer support and assistance to others in recovery.

Services are designed around personal choice and active involvement in recovery process. Forensic Peer Services are also provided to those individuals currently incarcerated.

Eligibility: Butler County residents who are 18 years or older and who meet eligibility criteria of Serious Mental Illness: Adult Priority Group (Mental Health Bulletin OMH-944-04) and exhibit moderate to severe impairment in at least one functional level of education, social, vocational, or self-maintenance. Eligibility may include persons with mental illness and co-occurring substance disorders. Services must meet medical necessity criteria, and recommendation for services must be provided by a licensed practitioner of the healing arts.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
