Intake Procedure:
Must call Erie County Care Management (ECCM) at 814-528-0600 to be referred to GECAC Housing
and Rental Assistance. Services can not be provided by calling
GECAC directly. GECAC will contact clients in the order that
referrals are received from ECCM.
Intake Requirements:
All applicants must provide the following to GECAC:
1. A Referral Form from:
Erie County Care Management,
(1601 Sassafras Street,
Erie, PA 16502) 2. An eviction notice or complete a Homeless Certification form
3. Photo ID
4. Social Security Card for all members of a household
5. Letter from Social Security office
6. Verification of income for the last 30 days
7. A copy of current signed lease agreement (if facing eviction)
