Domiciliary Care provides living arrangements for persons unable to live independently. Residences certified are typically private family homes. Consumers are placed and monitored by a care manager.

Eligibility: Age 18 and older. Unable to live independently, but capable of remaining in the community with support from others in a private residential setting. State supplement available for consumers who are eligible and lacking sufficient funds.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

Intake Procedure: An assessment caseworker will first assess the client in order to determine level of care .
