Caregiver Support Program
Provides reimbursement for care giving expenses for people caring for parents, spouses, children or relatives that live at home.

Benefits provided include:
financial reimbursements, adult day care, skilled nursing and household expenses, home modification or assistive devices such as ramps and wheelchairs

Eligibility: Caregiver of someone age 60 or older.
Financial eligibility determined by proof of annual household income.
The services being provided can not be completed by a family member.

Also can assist grandparents 55 years or older who have legal, custodial or guardianship of their biological grandchild.
