HIAS Pennsylvania - Immigrant and Refugee Women and Youth Advocacy Project
Provides legal and supportive services to immigrant and refugee women and youth. Legal services include self-petitions under the Violence Against Women Act, U visas, assisting victims of trafficking, assisting unaccompanied or abused minors with Special Immigrant Juvenile applications. Assist with DACA applications.

Eligibility: Refugee women and youth. Services are generally targeted to families and individuals who have an annual income of less than 187.5% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Intake Procedure: To access services, call during intake hours on Wednesdays from 9:30am to 12:00pm and Thursdays from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at 215-832-0900.
