Provides free citizenship application assistance to elderly and vulnerable refugees and eligible immigrants.

Eligibility: Services are generally targeted to families and individuals who have an annual income of less than 187.5% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. HIAS also focuses on serving immigrants who: refugees, domestic violence survivors, victims of crimes, elderly and disabled and immigrant youth.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Intake Procedure: To access services, call during intake hours on Wednesdays from 9:30am to 12:00pm and Thursdays from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at 215-832-0900.
Fee Amounts: No fee for low-income clients who fall within grant funded activities.
