Hope Enterprises - Children's Development Center - TeenLink
TeenLink is a program that is designed to provide high school students with disabilities the opportunity to develop the necessary independent living skills such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, accessing public transportation, and becoming self-reliant, to successfully make the move from school to independent living. The TeenLink program has several components designed to prepare the students for the demands of adult life and help them reach their highest level of independence.
The TeenLink Project is a partnership between the Children's Development Center, the Center for Independent Living of Northcentral PA, and Montoursville School District to provide life skills training and experience for students with special needs.

Eligibility: Referrals may be made by parents, family members, family physicians, pediatricians, other healthcare providers, case managers, social workers, mental health providers, counselors, or teachers.

Intake Procedure: To apply for services, contact the Intake Coordinator at 570-326-3745. Referrals can be made through local organizations, such as Mental Health/Intellectual Disabilities, Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, school district personnel, BLAST IU #17, community organizations, family members, and self-referrals. All referrals must meet eligiblity standards and licensing requirements.
Facility/ADA access: Yes. Entire first floor is accessible to individuals with disabilities.
