Free Medication
Provides free medication for Community Health Center patients for treatment of acute and chronic illness. No narcotics available. The clinic is a non-profit, community based volunteer organization established to provide primary healthcare, dental care, medication and education to individuals who have no insurance, have limited insurance or do not qualify for other services.

Eligibility: Adults age 19 to 64; Veterans age 19 and older; uninsured or underinsured and below 300% of the federal poverty income guidelines (2021).
1 person - $38,640/year;
2 people - $52,260/year;
3 people - $65,880/year;
4 people - $79,500/year
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 4:00pm; Friday, 8:00am to 2:00pm; After hours appointments may be available upon request
