Jewish Family and Community Services - Immigration Legal Services
Provides attorneys and accredited representatives for free or at nominal cost to individuals seeking legal immigration related assistance in several areas of family- and humanitarian-based immigration applications and petitions, as well as representing clients in removal proceedings.

Helps refugees and asylees apply for permanent residence, permission to travel abroad and to start the petitions to bring relatives to the United States, dependent on current U.S. Immigration laws.

Helps individuals apply for or renew Temporary Protected Status, renew visitor visas in the event of medical emergency, help victims of domestic violence apply to keep the permanent residence status they may have gained through marriage, and provide information to victims of violent crimes or human trafficking so that they understand their rights and options.
