A volunteer transportation program connecting volunteer drivers with seniors who need a lift to medical appointments, classes, grocery shopping, religious services or social activities. Must be enrolled in the program and give advance notice of one week per request.

Eligibility: 60 years or older and does not drive or have readily available transportation. Client can get around without assistance (you can use a cane or walker, but not a wheelchair). Client must commit to making and keeping appointments 5 business days in advance.

Intake Requirements: Documents need to be completed and returned. A specific form requires a physician's signature.
Intake Procedure: Call to enroll.
Wait List: Allow at least two weeks for the enrollment process to be completed and a ride to be assigned.
