Adult Community Autism Program (ACAP)
Comprehensive behavioral and physical health services for Adults 21 years of age or older living with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Services are community based and individually tailored to encourage independence and community involvement, including employment and social network opportunites. Services are intended to improve social skills and to assist families and /or caregivers who support adults living with ASD.

Eligibility: 21 years of age with an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis. Be eligible for Medical Assistance, including Medical Assistance for Disabled Workers (MAWD)
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
