Intake Procedure: Families are encouraged to call to schedule a visit/tour with the Director or designee. Families choosing our program are provided with the necessary paperwork.
Intake Requirements: Completed paperwork needs to be submitted prior to the first day of service with the exception of the health assessment which needs to be submitted within the first 60 days.
