Lark Enterprises - In-Home and Community Supports
Provides services in the home and community to assist individuals in acquiring, maintaining, and improving self-help, domestic, socialization, and adaptive skills.

The goal in learning these skills is for the individual to be able to live in the community, access and use community resources, live more independently, be more productive, and participate in community life.

Home and community activities may include volunteering, using public transportation, visiting community establishments, exercising, learning good personal hygiene, practicing financial responsibility, and more.

Eligibility: Individuals must be 18 years of age and must register with and be determined eligible by the Supports Coordination Unit at the Human Services Center and/or the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation.
