Lawrence County Community Action Partnership
Lawrence County Community Action Partnership - Coordinated Entry
Through several programs, homeless households are able to obtain comprehensive supportive services in order to obtain and retain housing, increase their income, and move toward self-sufficiency.

Case managers work with households to determine the cause of the housing crisis (if applicable), provide individualized financial literacy and/or budgeting assistance, provide assistance in locating and obtaining suitable housing in the location of the participants choice, assist with landlord/participant negotiations, assist in securing and maintaining utility services for participants, assist in securing furnishings, utensils, and other necessary living items for participants, provide referrals to community services, and teach life skills.
