**NOTES** Open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00am to 4:00pm currently looking for volunteers: Physicians, CRNP, LPN, RN's and clerical volunteers. Provides free primary medical care by appointment for uninsured or under-insured adults.

Eligibility: Lebanon county residents who are uninsured and under-insured adults (18 years old and older (who are 200% below the federal poverty guidelines.
Hours: By appointment Monday, 9:00am to 4:00pm
Tuesday, 9:00am to 4:00pm
Wednesday, 9:00am to 4:00pm
