Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania - (Chester City, Delaware County)
Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania (LASP) provides free civil legal services in Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties. In addition, Pro Bono programs in all four counties are avenues through which private attorneys willing to donate their time, advise and represent low-income clients, victims of domestic abuse and the elderly.

Legal Services include:
- Consumer problems (including bankruptcy, debt relief, foreclosures and sheriff's sales)
- Custody
- Denial/Termination of government benefits
- Domestic Violence
- Elder law issues
- Employment law
- Expungement of criminal records, Clean Slate and pardons
- Housing, including mortgage foreclosure, landlord/tenant, evictions, public housing and Section 8, subsidized housing
- Protection from Abuse orders (PFAs)
- Public Benefits, including Unemployment Compensation, SSI, SSDI, TANF (cash assistance), SNAP (food stamps), Medical Assistance (Medicare), and more

Intake Procedure: Intake hours: Monday and Wednesday from 10:00am to Noon. Online users may utilize a new online intake form found on the webpage.
