Lenape Valley Foundation - Early Intervention Services
Early Intervention Services provides supports and services to infants/toddlers and young children with disabilities and caregivers so that the child receives the help needed in order to properly grow and develop. Early intervention support and services are embedded within learning opportunities that exist in the child's typical routines, within the home and community activities and or early education programs. Early intervention supports and services build on the existing family, community, and early education resources. Early intervention personnel work collaboratively with the family and each other to provide coordinated, flexible, early intervention supports and services.
