Mental Health Intake, Evaluation and Referral - Luzerne Wyoming County MHDS Services
INTAKE (Mental Health)
This is the first contact of a consumer with an intake specialist who assists each person or family seeking services to identify the presenting problem, complete necessary social, familial, and medical to develop an initial service plan. Payment for this service is for those consumers who have been determined to be ineligible for other insurances.
