Anchorpoint's licensed and experienced counselors offer in-person and telehealth counseling to individuals, couples, and families of all ages, faiths, and backgrounds with a special focus on the uninsured, under-insured, and under-resourced. Based on the unique needs of participants, the counselors use evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Brief Supportive Therapy, Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Family Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Pastoral Counseling, Strength-Based Counseling, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoeducation. The Child and Parent Place at Anchorpoint (C.A.P.P.) specializes in treating childhood anxiety and depression while providing counseling and education to parents of children and teens. Anchorpoint is located in Ross Township and has served the Northern Greater Pittsburgh region since 1966.

Wait List: Accepting new clients; counselor assigned within 24-48 hours
Facility/ADA access: Accessible parking, office located on ground level, telehealth services available
