CRF and ICF/ID Residential Services
Support system provided through a semi-independent living situation in community homes that focus on mastering basic activities for daily living (housekeeping, meal planning, money handling, etc), recreation and leisure activities (going to fairs, festivals and other events) and an animal program (providing care to dogs, cats, ducks, chickens and several other animals to teach teamwork and respect).

The following homes are located in Mansfield:
Brooklyn House– An ICF/ID community home for four people.
Bruielly House – An ICF/ID community home for four people.
First Street – A community home for three people.
Third Street – A community home for three people.
Westgate House – An ICF/ID community home for four people.
Seventh Street – A community home for five people.

Wellsboro - Mt Zion House – A community home for two people.
Blossburg -Blossburg House – A community home for four people.
Canton, PA -Center Street House – A community home for four people.
Cedar Ridge – A community home for four people.
Fassett Street – A community home for three people.
