Maternity Care Coalition - Early Head Start
Offers free linguistically and culturally-appropriate health services, education, and social services to pregnant women, children 0-3, and their families.
Services include:
Weekly home visits that provide education and family support services during pregnancy and up through the baby's third birthday
. Education and family support services for families with children up to age 3 in our state licensed child care centers
. Services to children with disabilities
. Connections to health care providers
. Resources for housing, education, and emergency supplies

Eligibility: You are eligible for services if you:
Are pregnant and/or have a child under age 3, Have an income at or below the federal poverty level,
AND live in one of the following zip codes:
South Philadelphia 19145, 19146, 19147, and 19148
or Montgomery County 19401, 19403, 19405, 19406, 19407, 19408, 19428, 19462, 19464, and 19465
