Offers free prenatal classes, birth doula services, counseling, and adoption services. Provides support to offenders and ex-offenders through counseling, clothing and basic necessities. Provides diapers for babies 12 months or younger.

Eligibility: Free classes are for expectant parents and parents with children under 12 months, residing in Pennsylvania. General counseling is available through insurance. Counseling is also available in the Allegheny County Jail.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 4:00pm and by appointment. Diaper Distribution: Tuesday and Friday, 11:00am to 3:00pm
