Works to discover, collect, preserve, catalog and share with the present generation, the history of past generations of people who lived in Maytown and East Donegal Township, PA.
- Maintains a small museum in a c.1760 log building and changes exhibits of artifacts therein annually.
- Monthly business meetings, often with informational program elements and light refreshments (held at St. John's Lutheran Church, 11 N Queen Street, Maytown at 7:00pm on the second Thursday of most months)
- One or two major fundraiser events and several small ones held each year at varied times and with varied themes. Often include food, entertainment, displays and possibly house and/or garden tours.
- Operates a small gift shop in the museum building with a varied and changing inventory.
- Publishes a newsletter one or more times a year and distributes a month dues-paying members.
