Nurse-Family Partnership of Wyoming County - Healthy Family Partnership
Provides a free resource for pregnant people. Your personal nurse will support you to get ready for baby's birth with information on pregnancy, labor, delivery and what to expect, feeding options, parenting tips, and connect you to things in the community like healthcare, childcare and a network of moms! We are Registered Nurses and Lactation Counselors. We have Childbirth Educators and Child Passenger Safety Technicians on staff. All enrolled moms get a free infant carrier car seat safely installed before baby arrives.
