Eligibility: Incarcerated individuals who also have a mental illness and/or substance abuse disorder and who are eligible for parole but lack a verifiable address, or participants in the community who are under the supervision of probation and parole, but who are unstably housed and/or experiencing homelessness. Must be 18 or older.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
