Shared Ride 65 and Older Program
Provides non-medical shared ride curb-to-curb transportation service. Transportation is scheduled atleast two business days in advance and provided curb-to-curb.

Eligibility: Seniors residing in Lackawana County must be 65 years old and get certified with the program's Intake Coordinator.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm; Shared Ride service, 6:00am to 6:00pm.

Intake Procedure: Call intake coordinator
Intake Requirements: To get certified, you must fill out an application that includes your name, address, phone number, date of birth and emergency contact (and their phone number). You also need to submit a photocopy of an ID with your date of birth on it (such as a driver's license). The application must be signed.
