Support Services for the Blind or Visually Impaired
Vision Rehabilitation - North Central Sight Services
Offers individualized instruction on independent living skills for individuals who are blind or visually impaired. The assessment and instruction can take place off-site or in the Abe Snyder Memorial Resource Center. The center is equipped with a full kitchen, a seating area for group activities, and a demonstration area for various technology aids. A Vision Rehabilitation Therapist conducts an assessment and develops an Individualized Service Plan for the client to help him or her reach the goals.
