Provides case management for individuals seeking help with mental health or intellectual disabilities, coordinates and connects mental health consumers with appropriate agencies.

Services include: intensive case management, respite, consumer driven drop-in center, limited transportation, family support services, family living, resource coordination, children's services, crisis intervention, mobile crisis, psychiatric rehabilitation, supportive housing, consultation and education, early intervention, representative payee program, psychiatric emergency services, community living arrangements, community residential rehabilitation, inpatient and partial hospitalization, aftercare services for persons released from State and County facilities, rehabilitation and training (sheltered employment and therapeutic activity centers), supported employment.
