Helpful Tips: Job skills are obtained through learning to perform subcontract work to industry quality standards while earning a paycheck through the training process. Individuals are assigned a Program Specialist that works with the individual and the individual’s support team to set goals and customize a program to help the individual reach their highest level of employability.

Job Coaches provide training and supervision that enables individuals to increase their skill levels and task knowledge with support. Opportunity is given to be trained in a variety of tasks in order to gain competence in meeting demands similar to those in competitive employment situations. In addition, individuals develop connections to their community and valuable social skills to expand their employability.
