Provides low/moderate income, disadvantaged families with financial health program that supports the opportunity for affordable homeownership in the Pittsburgh neighborhoods of Garfield and East Liberty. Progam members are then matched with mortgage programs and supported through the process of repairing credit, buying a home, home ownership, and transition to a new neighborhood. Partners with local construction companies to rehabilitate vacant properties and provide on-going home maintenance training to clients. Sponsors volunteer work days year-round to rehab houses for low-income families.
