- Animal Alert Hotline: A 24-hour hotline to provide information and referral for persons with animal concerns and problems
- Aid to Animals in Distress: Will pick up ill or injured stray animals in a pet ambulance, and will provide veterinary care and foster care, when necessary. Investigates complaints of cruelty to animals; provides education to pet owners; and can prosecute pet owners for cruelty
- Low-cost Spay/Neuter Program: A fixed price service for pet owners
- Pet Placement/Referral Service: Matches persons who want a pet with persons trying to find homes for pets
- Rabies Information: Provides information and referral to appropriate resources
