Intake Requirements: The following documents are required from the referring school district: 1. Letter of request for placement; 2. Current Evaluation or Re-evaluation Report; 3. Current IEP; 4. Current Psychological/psychiatric information if applicable.
Intake Procedure: By appointment; referral from the local school district's department of special education is required. Applications are accepted throughout the year through a rolling admissions process. Click here for more information.
