The Matching Energy Assistance Fund (MEAF) is an energy assistance program that enables us to assist low-income, residential customers in our service territory with bill payment.

Eligibility: - Income must be below 175% of Federal Poverty Limit - Must have a termination notice or service is already terminated - Must not have received MEAF assistance in the past 2 years - Balance must be brought to zero (0)
