PennDOT - Lancaster Drivers Photo & Exam Center
Regency Square Site Services include: Eye tests, computerized permit testing stations, a camera for photo-licenses and parking for persons taking the road test. All driving tests are given on the roads in the vicinity of the test site. Tests can be scheduled by calling during normal business hours. Photo ID cards are also available on a walk-in basis. 4 year driver license and photo ID may be renewed via mail or online at pa.gov. Driver license and Photo ID must be renewed every four years by mail. Senior citizens have the option of renewing every two years. Customers are able to schedule their road test via the internet or by calling the call center.

To renew a 4 year identification or drivers license and or for picture taking only, extra renewal charges apply. No driving tests. No computer tests. No duplicate ID's/DL's.
Customers who are not approved to receive a 4 year identification or driver's license must visit a Driver License Center with their immigration documents.

Lost/Stolen/Duplicate/Replacement of CDL, DL or Photo ID card: $29.50. With class M (motorcycle) $34.50
If within 6 months of expiration, product can be renewed.

Eligibility: PA resident, age 16 years or older for driver permit or driver's license; 18 for a CDL. PA resident, age 10 or older for ID.

Intake Requirements: Driver's License transfers from out of state, permits, 1st time ID cards require US government issued birth certificates or valid US Passport or valid immigration documents, social security card. Proof of auto insurance and registration required for driving test.

Voter ID: Social Security # and 2 proofs of residency (only good for voting)
Intake Procedure: Walk-in for eye tests, appointment required for driving test
