Day programming services for adults (ages 18-59) with special needs. Focus is on engaging activities, community participation, and helping the adults to increase their independent livings skills.

Able-Services provides day programming services and transportation to and from services, to adults with special needs.

Provides engaging activities for these adults and help them to develop skills to increase their level of independence. Able-Services is part of the lifespan of services provided by Leg Up Farm.

Eligibility: Must have a Supports Coordinator through the county MH/IDD office. Exclusions: Must not have behaviors that are a danger to themselves or others or medical conditions that require a professional's care.
