Provides frequent home visits, drug treatment, organized recreation, job readiness services, school crisis intervention, as well as supported referrals for mental and behavioral health counseling for participants and their parents.

Eligibility: The Partnership works intensively with young people who typically:Are 14 to 24 years oldAre maleAre drug involvedHave been incarcerated for a drug offense or gun chargeAre likely to have siblings in the juvenile justice system.
