Philadelphia Corporation for Aging - Senior Helpline
Senior Helpline offers information and referral service. Acts as an information clearinghouse for the wide array of services available to Philadelphia's aging population. PCA Helpline provide callers with information about programs, services and resources for older adults within PCA or in the community. The phone line is also the first step for consumers who would like services from PCA’s Long Term Care, Housing, Attendant Transportation and Older Adult Protective Services. In addition to bilingual staff and dedicated foreign-language phone lines, the PCA Helpline utilizes a language line offering on-call language interpretation in some 140 languages and serves the deaf and hearing impaired through a TDD line.
