Eligibility:
Individuals who have experienced harm due to discrimination in the
City of Pittsburgh in housing, employment, public accommodations,
and/or city services.

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:45pm

Intake Procedure:
Call, email, or fill out the Inquiry Form online. If the Commission has
jusisdiction, an intake interview will be scheduled.
Intake Requirements:
The complaint should be prepared to include:
- Details about where and when the discrimination occurred
- A short description of the discriminatory incident or on-going issues.
