Landlord-Tenant Eviction Mediation - Pocono United Way
Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process that brings both sides together with a mediator to resolve conflicts. The mediator does not make a decision, but rather helps both sides come to an agreement The goal being to prevent eviction so tenant can remain in home or give more time to relocate.

Eligibility: At this time, mediations are limited to serving tenants with incomes below 200% of federal poverty level and who have been economically impacted by the Covid-19 crisis. Both landlord and tenant must agree to try mediation.
