Potter County Human Services - Ulysses Senior Center - Farmer's Market Nutrition Program
Provides vouchers for the purchase of fruits or vegetables that are grown in Pennsylvania from the area farmerâ??s market stands. Set of four $6 checks will be provided. DUE TO COVID-19, CHECK DISTRIBUTION RULES HAVE CHANGED. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL SENIOR CENTER.

Eligibility: Potter County residents, age 60 or older, must meet income guidelines. Seniors who reside in nursing homes, personal care homes or other residential facilities where meals are provided are not eligible for this program.
Hours: Checks distribution ends September 30, 2020. Check expires November 30, 2020. Senior Center Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm

Intake Requirements: Proof of age and address. Proof of income is not required. The applicant must sign a register verifying that their income meets the income guidelines. A valid driver's license will work for proof of both to be issued the checks
