Intake Requirements: Income tax preparation requires Photo ID, Social Security Numbers for all dependent in the household, W2s,1099s,1098s,info about other income (example: interest income); deduction and credit info (example: child care expenses, tuition bills): and a copy of last year’s tax return if available.

Other applications require photo ID and social security numbers for any dependents that are part of the electronic application.
Intake Procedure: Call the center and ask for an appointment for electronic benefit application.
