Programs Employing People - Home and Community Programs
While most of PEP's programs focus on people with developmental disabilities, PEP also offers literacy and recreation programs for people without developmental disabilities.
PEP's programs include:
- Production Work Center: provides paid assembly-line work at PEP for mildly and moderately disabled adults.

Adult Day Programs: provide people who have more severe challenges with daily social, recreational and volunteer activities to enhance their mental development and normal social interaction.
- Adult Literacy and Education Programs: provide instruction in practical academic skills and life skills geared toward finding and maintaining jobs. For non-disabled adults with low literacy skills and no high school diploma, PEP provides intensive literacy instruction in the Community Adult Basic Education Program.
- Arts for Socialization Classes: These are weekly arts classes for PEP consumers and community members
- Garden Programs: using PEP's garden as a classroom PEP consumers and local pre-school classes enjoy nature education classes with hands-on gardening activities.
- Camp PEP: this is a traditional summer day camp tailored to specific education and recreation needs of people with developmental disabilities
