Services include: • Employment – Transitional Work Services to build job readiness and Supported Employment for help in locating a job in the community • Adult Day Services – includes Club Erie, Journeys, Wheels in Motion and Home & Community Habilitation • Residential – A range of options to meet individual need including Community Group Homes, Supported Living, Lifesharing through Family Living and Respite Care • Recreation/Socialization – ESO dances with peers at area colleges; Camp Shamrock & Beyond Camp Shamrock, summer recreational camps for children and adults; Learn to Ride Bike Camp • Senior Center – maintaining skills and independence • Agency With Choice – support for individuals in their own home or the home of family • Family Support - Sib Sessions for children who have a sibling with a disability; Time for Me, fun Saturday activities for children with autism or other disabilities; Grandparent Support Group; FSS Parent Telephone Support Program; Down Syndrome Support Group; NWPA Autism Society of America
