Salvation Army - Pittsburgh Westside Worship and Service Center - Bridging the Gap
Juvenile prevention and/or intervention program that focuses on educating, motivating, and supporting youth and families. Candidates for this program are males and females, ages 12-17, who are having truancy, or behavioral issues. Provides a 12 week life-changing experience that will inspire participants to make positive changed within their lives. The program also introduces different educational, social, health and career resources available within the participant’s community.

Eligibility: Youth between the ages of 12 to 17, both males and females. First time offenders. Truancy.
Hours: Fall, Winter and Spring: Monday and Wednesday, 4:00pm to 7:00pm
Summer: Monday and Wednesday, 1:00pm to 4:00pm
