Intake Requirements:
There are limited slots for camp. There is a small administrative
cost, which can be reduced or waived based on the situation. Slots
are for specific dates and are first come first serve. Parents
interested should contact our office in April to receive
information on dates and registration details. Children must have a
physical within the last year. Doctor must sign medical form
indicating that the child can attend camp. If the child is on any
medications, all medications must be in original prescription
containers labeled with child's name, dosage, doctor and contact
information.
