Eligibility: Uninsured/underserved whose household is within 200% or under of the federal poverty level (definitions found on our website).

Eligibility screening required and the following documents need to be submitted: Photo ID, verification of residence (utility bill or any other legitimate document with an address), current monthly household income (copy of pay stub or recent federal income tax return) or copy of unemployment stub and food stamp verification if applicable.
Hours: Tuesday, 3:00pm to 7:00pm; Thursday, 10:00am to 2:00pm and 3:00pm to 7:00pm

Helpful Tips: Referrals for patients without insurance are made to:

- UPMC Certified Insurance Counselors

- Bethesda Mission Lion Care clinics

- Hamilton Health Center (primarily for women's issues and pregnancy)

- Vision Resources

- Specific local specialty providers who agree to see patients for reduced/no fee

- Kline Health for diabetic podiatry services

- Drayer Physical/Occupational Therapy

Public Transportation: 1 block from the bus route on 3rd Street near the old Polyclinic Hospital, also known as the Landis Building.
Insurance Accepted: Do not accept medical assistance, medicare or private health insurance. Our patients are primarily uninsured. If someone has a high deductible healthcare plan and cannot afford to go to the Dr. because of this limitation, they need to share that with us and assess eligibility from there.
