Eligibility: Any Wilkes-Barre City resident who own property which is used as their primary residence, and meets the financial guidelines (outlined in the pre-application). Only Owner-Occupied properties are eligible.

Intake Procedure: Drop-by Mayor's office or visit website for any information.
Intake Requirements: Complete Pre-application. Applications's available for pick up in the Mayor's Office (4th Floor) or on the city's website. Once pre-application is approved, the city will contact the resident to provide them with the detailed application and requirements.

Helpful Tips: City pays the contractor directly for pre approved work on the home after work is complete and satisfactory to the homeowner and a city representative.
