Assistance is available with payment for heating oil or propane from November 1 - March 31. In order to receive help for heat you must apply through your County Assistance Office for the LIHEAP Program first and have used that assistance. This service is not a guarenteed service and is provdied on an individual basis. This service is for residents of Sunbury or Northumberland only. Please call to make an appointment for fuel/heating assistance. Income eligiblity may apply and documentation of income and residency are required.

Intake Procedure: In order to apply for heating assistance you must provide a valid photo identification, proof of one months income, your LIHEAP acceptance or denial letter from the assistance office, and the name, address, and phone number for the company you use for heat.
