Assistance with utilties is dependant on availability of funds and is not a guaranteed services. Provides payment assistance for electric and gas service that is in jeopardy of being terminated. The maximum benefit amount is $200 one time per year per household. This service is available for residents of Sunbury and Northumberland only. Please call to make an appointment for utility assistance. Income eligiblity may apply and documentation of income and residency are required.

Intake Procedure: In order to apply for assistance with a utility you must be able to provide one months income, your most recent utility bill, your shut off notice, and a valid photo identification.
